Dustin at Dragonfly

This is our second Tiny House

Almost ready for it's first overnight guest!

Dragonfly is currently a work in progress as we install the off-grid utilities, appliances, and furnishings. When ready, it will sit upon 440 acres just south of the Cherokee Park Wildlife Area - Middle Unit outside Fort Collins, CO. You're welcome to explore the creek, hills, and wildlife on our property, relax enjoying the privacy in our nook of the Rocky Mountains, or spend the day touring Fort Collins or Red Feather Lakes.

The Tiny House is a custom and clean design hand-crafted by Tiny Houses by Darla, about 216 square feet including the loft, with all the amenities, and operates completely off-grid without any connection to public utilities or a well.

The main loft has hand-crafted stairs leading to a queen size Sleep Number mattress, pillows, organic cotton sheets and pillow cases are provided, along with a luxurious year-round comforter.

The main level living space has a rather large cooking area for a tiny house. In the kitchen space you'll find a two burner gas stove, a small propane powered refrigerator (larger than a mini fridge, but smaller than an apartment size), as well as a full size sink. We provide many kitchen utensils, so you should have all the essential tools you'll need to make a meal, just bring your own ingredients.

Also in the main living space is a small but comfortable couch, a drop leaf table for dining or games and to use as a workspace for a laptop, two folding chairs, storage in cupboards and a closet with hangers.

Don’t forget to bring your camera and binoculars! We have elk, deer, coyotes, mountain goats, bald eagles, bluebirds, big horn sheep, on occasion a bear, local cattle, and so much more roaming around the area.
